Pros
They are inundated with work during the summer. They always pay on time. They hire a lot of inexperienced investigators, so even a moderately talented investigator stands out. They are loyal, unfortunately often to the wrong people who seem to advise them poorly.
Cons
Gossip, manipulative and childish managers that hate to take advice (balance out by a couple of really good people, you just wish there were more like them). It's best to stay quiet and do your job. Performance is not rewarded, brown-nosing is. They enforce rules at the expense of common sense, meanwhile there are other more pressing issues that go ignored (issues that would be top priority at another firm).
