Pros

You’ll gain hands-on experience from real projects, especially useful if you're fresh out of university or just starting in the industry. The team members are friendly, supportive, and generally good people to work with. Exposure to real-world testing scenarios can help build your foundational knowledge and prepare you for better opportunities.

Cons

The work environment is disorganized and often messy, which makes it hard to focus or work efficiently. Salaries are low compared to industry standards, especially considering the workload. The testing team leader, Nayra, lacks both management and testing skills. This results in poor leadership, unclear direction, and inefficient workflows. There is little to no mentorship or structured learning — you’ll be expected to figure things out on your own. No clear career growth path or investment in employee development
