ISEP Response
7yIt is disappointing to hear when a team member had a negative employment experience. ISEP is a mission-driven non-profit organization, so it's difficult to understand the "money-hungry" comment. ISEP welcomed a new President and CEO in 2016 and the organization did restructure in 2017. Positions changed within departments, though no positions were lost. Certain staff members did choose to leave as their jobs changed. We have worked hard since 2017 to realign job duties among our staff so as to distribute the workload fairly, but due to the seasonal nature of study abroad, there continue to be periods of high intensity. Our Management team today looks different that at the time of this review in early 2017. The Management team solicits and incorporates feedback from staff, but does need to make business decisions at times that may not be in alignment with the wishes of every staff member. As for culture, in 2018, the ISEP staff survey had a 100% favorable response for ISEP's culture being fun, engaging and personally rewarding.
