Pros
- For the most part pretty friendly environment - Do not necessarily get to interact with too many other engineers - You can mess up and still work here - Department sticks together and works together on larger issues - Fantastic job security
Cons
- There are people who are friendly only on a superficial level - Small department - Upward mobility is nonexistent - Salary is pretty pitiful
