      Pros

      You will enjoy a hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      Micromanaging exists here. Employee turnover is too high, nobody hardly last more than 2 years. Blind eyes are turned on certain situations. Toxic environment. Please remember to leave your brain and voice locked up in your car as you will not be able to use it. If you do, it will be held against you. If you are looking for promotion opportunities, run.
