      We "wear many hats", which means we gain experience in several areas of the financial industry.

      Cons

      Lack of structure along with responsibility in several roles means you are constantly pulled in several directions, and it's difficult to prioritize efficiently.

      Pros

      Ive worked for 5 years at isc, and have had my ups and downs, they're a good company to work for and rarely lay off their employees, will pay for your school, and most of supervision is more than happy to help train others

      Cons

      Their pay is below average, and the lack of communication can be a big deal in certain situations
