Regular incremental raises, pick shift you'd like to work first or second, regulate your own breaks, can have minimal interaction with others if desired, paid leave,
Cons
Can be strict depending on management, tough standards to maintain, must work 40 hrs, monotonous work that often doesn't make any sense as to what you should do, the manual for policies changes daily and employee is responsible for the changes and gets errors on record if mistakes are made, sharing desks, hostile and tense work environment with often weird peers and terrible employee accommodations for breaks especially, other departments may have better but ours are terrible, not laid back at all!
