Angry callers, stressful work environment, rude managers, strict guidelines for every little second spent on or off the phones. Feels too overwhelming, controlling and very very unorganized for training new hires. They throw new hires on phones after 5-6 weeks of training and expect them to know every law, policy or regulation. On top of that, work/life balance sucks because they tell you whether or not you can take leave on certain dates since you’re in a demanding call center that takes over 1,000 calls per week.
