-Alternative work schedule, it is flexible. -Overall work is not terribly difficult or challenging
Cons
-Promotion point system is skewed -If you have a PHD in taxation you would lose out to someone who has been there longer with no education based on point promotion system -A lot of people don't have degrees -Union allows people to get away with a lot -Micromanagement is the norm -There is an unwillingness to adjust and change
