      Pros

      Amazing team of people in our department who are always willing to support each other. Opinions are listened to and valued either in the monthly anonymous surveys or if collaborating with colleagues. Great benefits as would be expected from a large firm. I particularly like the optional paid giving back days that allow you to help your local community. Extensive learning opportunities available, whether that be apprenticeship schemes, in house training portal or seconding to a different team to gain experience. If its relevant to your role and progression in IRIS there's going to be an option available from our Learning & Development team. Always opportunities to progress your career due to organic and acquisition growth.

      Cons

      All companies have issues, but there is nothing at IRIS that is worse than any other large business I've worked for. Its definitely up there as one of the better ones. Some parts off the business are constantly changing due to acquisitions, which might not be for everyone.

      Pros

      I have been with Iris for approximately 5 months and have been incredibly impressed. The people I work with from my peers, leadership (including executive leadership) and my team, are amazing. Building relationships has been easy as most of the employees are open to it, are very collaborative and genuinely want to help! Iris is also focused on equality and ensure we all have a fair opportunity for growth. While we have a lot to do here, it is clear that we are valued.

      Cons

      As a rapidly growing organization, we have some growing pains and some foundational processes, systems and flow that need to be updated and/or adjusted, but nothing that won't be fixed over time.

      Great product and team. Just no focus on US operations.

      Company has no real direction for US operations.
