It used to be an amazing place with a plan, a strategy and people who loved us.

Cons

It let Chris Smith leave us and now we have no direction and today we announced that Elona is going too, the only two people worth staying for have now both left.

Under her guidance, we have more than tripled in size and transformed into a modern, global, industry-leading cloud business. We’re delighted to share that Gus Malezis, who has been our chairman for some time now, is stepping into the role of Interim CEO to help us in our next stage journey as we search for a new permanent CEO. Gus is proud to focus on engaging our fantastic employees and supporting our customers, without whom we wouldn’t be the successful business we are today. We are also pleased to welcome Jack Sebagg, who has taken over the role of Chief Revenue Officer from Chris Smith. Chris had led our UK commercial team through a significant time of growth and Jack is equally committed to ensuring IRIS’ growth and progress. Both Gus and Jack were delighted to present at our January Company Update, where they share their passion and plans to take IRIS and its employees into the next chapter of success. Pros

I have been with Iris for approximately 5 months and have been incredibly impressed. The people I work with from my peers, leadership (including executive leadership) and my team, are amazing. Building relationships has been easy as most of the employees are open to it, are very collaborative and genuinely want to help! Iris is also focused on equality and ensure we all have a fair opportunity for growth. While we have a lot to do here, it is clear that we are valued.

Cons

As a rapidly growing organization, we have some growing pains and some foundational processes, systems and flow that need to be updated and/or adjusted, but nothing that won't be fixed over time.
