We’re also delighted to have a significantly lower attrition rate in our Engineering function than the national average. We operate an IRIS-wide annual salary review each autumn with uses external benchmarking data and evidence-led processes to ensure fair and equitable pay that is in line with market rates. We’re also delighted to offer all permanent employees an annual bonus entitlement.
