Some people may not see this as a con but if like me you're a 'people person' then the constant remote days can be draining, especially when work can get busy / stressful. I think more focus needs to be given to the right balance of home / office working instead of shutting offices in the interests of cost. Training - is offered but not easily made accessible with pace and workload of the organisation. Pension contributions aren't anything to write home about (4% - although I expect some senior management get more). Similarly, holidays don't increase with time of service (although you do get the option to 'buy' extra).
