Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we are surprised and disappointed by your comments. We are very proud of our Marketing team and are delighted to have welcomed 14 new employees to our department of 53 in the last 6 months. We are also delighted that through our employee engagement tool, Peakon, the Marketing department has achieved an engagement score of 8.5, which is above our true benchmark. The highest scoring drivers for engagement in Marketing are ‘Flexibility’, ‘Autonomy’, ‘Management Support’, and ‘Goal Setting’, all scoring 9 and above. We will continue to encourage our employees to share their feedback with us through Peakon, or through other routes such as our Employee Voice Ambassadors, so that senior leaders and executive members can receive the collective thoughts and opinions of our teams.
