We run an annual salary review process, and offer pay scales in select departments to automatically reward employees when they hit career milestones. For example, we work hard to give all managers the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams, and we created our dedicated ‘Managing with IMPACT’ training programme to do just that, as well as providing managers with ongoing support, communication, emotional intelligence and practical training, HR coaching, wellbeing tools and regular check-ins with their managers to ensure they’re performing at their best. In addition, we provide access to apprenticeships and other qualifications, as well as a variety of free training courses and our High Potential Programme, which has been implemented to give our employees opportunities to progress and develop.
