We work hard across IRIS to give all managers the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams, and we created our dedicated Managing with IMPACT training programme to do just that, as well as providing managers with ongoing support, communication, emotional intelligence and practical training, HR coaching, wellbeing tools and regular check-ins with their managers to ensure they’re performing at their best. The start of this year also saw the launch of Peakon (an immediate feedback tool), which enables employees to share their ideas with managers and senior leaders in real time – allowing us to act on ideas quickly and respond to your comments.
