Pros
I have only been working with Iris for under a year. During that time I have been inspired by the Leadership and the ethos of my colleagues. Having participated in a few change projects now, I genuinely feel that everyone wants the best outcome for the company and lives the Company values daily. There are a lot of initiatives to help with the challenges that COVID last set us, for example a remote workplace support group, lots of green initiatives. I was worried about joining a large organisation and getting lost, I need not have feared, Iris are big enough so you can develop yourself and your skill set, and yet small enough so that you feel part of a team, and you can make a difference. Looking forward to the next stage of the journey.
