- onsite events were fun to work - fellow contractors were friendly and energetic

- no proper breakdown for events. Details were either minimal, last minute or I had to be proactive and ask for information that should have been readily available - payment is supposed to be provided within one month. I received payment four months LATE. I followed up numerous times and was given the complete runaround. I was actually warned by a fellow contractor during an event that if you don't get paid on-time and you don't follow-up with them, they won't send you your paycheck voluntarily.

I just had my first shift with Iris Blu last week working a private marine event and everything was planned accordingly. The night ran so smoothly and the staff treated us with class and respect. Through out the night they constantly kept checking in and making sure their promo models were satisfied. I am extremely happy with the team at Iris Blu and the professionalism they presented. Everything was planed accordingly and the venue set up was breath taking. Many of the people who attended the event went out of there way to thank the promo models for the wonderful night Iris Blu had organized. Plus, the pay is great!

Not one bad thing to say about the evening. Wish I could work more events like this.
