- The people at IRI are amazing individuals, who are all willing to help one another learn - Provides solid foundation for understanding POS and Consumer data - No micro management - Great culture, and alot of time off - Work with top CPG companies
Cons
- Employees are undervalued and underpaid - Almost impossible to get promoted - When you do get promoted, the increase is next to nothing - Global company that offers no global career opportunities or job switching/sharing programs
