Pros
They have a caliber to do great but the problem is the fact they have lost the vision that they earlier had. There is a very thin line of practicality and dream. Earlier they had a dream for which they spent and went over their budgets. Now they have focussed on practicality and budgets and forgotten the great products for which they were known for in the region. The policy of moving from mails to walk and talk was a great start.
Cons
The company needs a vision and main directors should keep a sharp eye on senior management. Yes they are not supposed to be involved in day to day activities of senior management but they should keep an eye for the fact if all contracts are going to same individual. There is something fishy. The second most issue here is people are relaxed there is a lot of politics going on at senior level which hampers projects. There are a lot of ego issues and company should be above ego of individuals. The company before i joined had a vision for development but the senior management wasnt controlled and there were unnecessary expenses made. And now the company has lost its vision which made everyone look at it in aww now they have practical experienced people who dont have the vision they earlier had.
