Pros

Friendly colleagues and funny environment

Cons

The worst work environment ever seen in a while: bad time scheduling, people forced to stay at work over the regular time and no extra-time paid. Old technologies used, no supervision and mad requests by the management. I see people quitting their job because stress, despair, frustration and the management do not care about it. Really low salary also for talented and senior worker.

Pros

Nice collegues that are almost gone

Cons

I've been fooled by the great marketing they do in their interviews. They promise you Wonderland but none of it is true. They promised me that i would worked on a great internal product with a growing team. The reality was that i was alone in a storm of uncertainties and no objective at all. The only aim were to satisfy the whims of the chief who wakes up every 2 months pretending that all should be perfect whitout trying to deal with the real problems of the development and product. No CI/CD and zero intention to implement it. The managment ask you to estimate the effort for some tasks, but the CEO come from nowhere telling is too much and then blaming you for the low quality. The objective of the managers is to hide all the problems that developers rise to improve the quality of work in the company. The managment only aim to please the Ceo without caring about the work quality. In the last 7 months more than 8 people left the company but they think that it is all fine and the lefters were mercenaries instead to think was the real problem. I can stay here telling about the problems of the company i saw for some months but i give you only one advice. Don't believe them and their promises because they don't want to be a better company.
