Friendly staff, good work environment, and work/life balance. I never felt unduly pressured by tasks outside my skill level, although I was challenged to constantly improve.

Team cohesion is largely lacking, as I did not truly feel like part of the family during my tenure there. My status as perpetual guest affected my ability to work.

People don't need to follow the coding standard and design pattern. It is any job really better than No Job.

It isn't a great work environment because they are an IT company that tends to over promise things to customers! They just want people who can work 60+ hours week to meet customer deadlines, cut corners, and put together junk to push things out to their clients. Your Colleague Creates Spaghetti Code fro you. You know instead of running around trying to a sell a product that isn't fully developed/tested/or documented!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! any one who half ? runs a company could look and see that IQS Cority doesn't know ? about running a business. how they have done it for this many years is completely beyond me!!!!
