The CEO will make generous promises and lavish praise for himself (like he worked at Microsoft, he will tell about how IBM begged him to fix their problems, & more of his blah blah self praising wods etc etc

Working here at this company IQLECT has been extremely negative and distressing. After just a week, the CEO, and the rest of the leadership began revealing their true nature – openly displaying harsh and racist behaviour towards Indians, despite themselves being indians & also operating in India. Employees are treated like slaves, with zero work-life balance and constant pressure to endure their toxic environment. The workplace is rife with politics and deliberate obstruction. Staff members, especially Ujjwal from the Project BangDB team, refuse to provide any knowledge transfer and actively plot against colleagues to secure their own positions. Instead of professionalism, the culture encourages unprofessional, demeaning language and ganging up with the CEO to harass and isolate others. In my honest experience, IQLECT/BangDB is one of the most hostile and exploitative work environments I have ever encountered. It thrives on discrimination, fear, and the mistreatment of employees, leaving no room for respect, growth, or healthy work culture.

Pretty good product with tons of features in a single database. Good interfaces and quite easy to use too. Graph, AI, RAG all are on top of the db along with time series and document data management.
