Shocking Company - Case Handler IQED Employee Review

For a company that handles peoples Medical Records it’s appalling! Staff taking the mick out of health conditions, loosing peoples medical records in the office and in the post! Nothing is locked away so all of this information could be accessed by anyone! I wouldn’t want them having my records! Team Managers (originally from Cardiff) were amazing! As for the Newest Team Leader, hired as a case handler in Bristol and promoted, waste of space. Can not control themselves let alone a team of monkeys! If you wanna doss around all day and break many laws and legislations this job is totally for you! Would recommend any solicitors to not use them as they constantly lie about work they cannot be bothered to do! As for medical experts and health care professionals good luck getting any money out of this company, they will lie about payment because they are so broke they can’t afford it! Not wasting anymore time writing anymore, you get the jist!
