Pros

Day off for your birthday

Cons

This company will work you into the ground. I didn't think the company could get worse when we were in Cardiff but it got SO much worse in Bristol. I was lied to, bullied, disrespected, treated like an idiot and given a work load that was crushing. When I raised objections I was told 'it couldn't be that hard'. I was given so many impossible tasks and then pulled off them when other disasters erupted. I was then told it my fault that things didn't get completed. Despite several meetings with HR and multiple complaints by staff, nothing was done to alleviate the stress and tension. New staff are treated like cattle and old staff are treated as expendable nuisances when they dare to say that management ideas are detrimental to good business practice. The managers are reactive and more interested in massaging the numbers than actually making improvements. They play favourites and are openly disrespectful. Complete shambles.

Pros

Staff were lovely and a sense of camaraderie created by constantly being demoralised by management and seniors Birthday off After being a handler your jobs prospects else where are good are good as your skin will be thicker than leather

Cons

Being reminded on several occasions that you should be grateful for having a job. Grown adults crying and taking long periods off sick due to the extreme level of pressure put on you and the ultra apathetic approach taken by management. Don’t count on doing the role you were hired for as you will probably be assigned else where and forgotten about. Unprofessional upper management who have been investigated under claims of bullying and harassment. Casual racist views and other appalling topics discussed on the office floor as management are reluctant to address issues with people unless they are specifically targeting someone.
