Not inclusive. Status quo/image maintenance/conformity/rules/overfunctioning/social norms celebrated. Takes advantage of "at will" employment via sudden termination (in some cases, quietly without formally notifying employee until confronted). Protective of executive leadership. Openly communicates that no one is irreplaceable.
