Worst job that I’ve ever had! No one working there has the slightest idea what’s going on. The majority of management are a bunch of low down dirty snakes in the grass. Their shady practices apply to their customers and their employees. Management possesses zero leadership skills and have no idea how to motivate someone, only how to suck your soul dry! They have a little man working there that comes from a military background and he thinks it’s fine to swear at employees on the floor and also make fun of people with special needs. My best day at that company was when I was standing behind his computer and he pulled up his paycheck to view it, he really needs to get over himself with the pitiful amount of money they’re paying him to be a director. But then again, the fact that he spends half of his day on his computer looking at CNN and then the other half of the day on his cell phone barking orders at his sons, I guess he’s getting paid pretty well for doing next to nothing. They have another little old man working there as a supervisor and his favorite thing to do is send his team emails every day belittling them and telling them what a horrible job they’re doing. His emails are hilarious as he’s not even able to use proper grammar and complete sentences. If you bring any of this information to HR you will be retaliated against. You can show up to work every day on time, meet all the numbers they throw out at you, and still be treated with total disrespect if they decide they don’t like you for any reason at all. They will do their best to make your life a living hell! Every couple of months, you will be moved to a new team, with a new supervisor, working a different product and having to learn completely different computer systems to work it on. You will be given very little training and that is because once again, no one there knows what’s going on. You will however be held 100% accountable for knowing what to do even if you’ve never been informed of what that is. Their commission structure is a joke! You can literally collect five times the amount of money as one of your teammates and still only make $100 more in commission than they do. They will give you a team goal to meet that is completely unobtainable due to the low performers that you will be working with. They are constantly changing the commission structure and at times capping it at an extremely low amount. Mistakes on your commission checks are very common so you really need to keep a close eye on your money. At times it takes them up to a month to pay you out on the money you were shorted! The health insurance that they offer is beyond ridiculous! It has such a ridiculously high deductible that you will be paying thousands of dollars a year in medical care just for simple doctor visits and prescriptions. They might work with a schedule request for you if they like you, but there is no rhyme or reason as to who they pick to be their favorites. The culture there is that of a dysfunctional high school. Especially having someone employed there with the title of Director, who is permitted to bully female employees.
