Everything else. Toxic culture, no leadership. They have cycled through multiple iterations on what the company even is. The primary business is a collection agency for high interest loans at a sister company located literally across the hall. Several of the leaders previously worked there. Lot of yelling, abusive language, inappropriate conduct and generally a very negative experience at the Dublin office. Some of the remote folks seem ok but stay out of the day to day. HR department is a large part of the problem with a very weak leader who supports much of the toxic environment and even participates in it.
