Pros
Great talent that enjoys working together, and teams truly get along. There is a strong "we are in this together" approach with most of the project teams at the company. What I miss most about the company is the people I was able to work alongside.
Cons
It's a smaller, remote company, so as much as they try to do things to keep people connected, it still feels a bit team-centric and not company-centric. There just isn't the capacity to effectively showcase what is going on within other parts of the company, the available projects, etc., but they've made efforts.
Like any agency, things can get busy, but it ebbs and flows so it could always be worse.
