I’ve worked with IQ Formulations for several years. The CEO leads by example, and he and the staff are all very enthusiastic about the company and products, creating an exciting buzz to the office. Everyone is committed to doing things the right way – no shortcuts, which is a great breath of fresh air in the industry. Many of the employees have been around since the beginning, and it’s a very team-centric environment.
Cons
Be aware that health and safety regulations are very strict because the company is serious about the quality of its products. And if you're not into health and fitness, you might not “get it” at IQ Formulations.
