Pros
The international environment is absolutely, foreign colleagues are very good. Flexible working time for STUDENT who're still in University or have 2 jobs on same time. The on job training environment should be suitable for who have good self-study skill. A good place for anyone who wants to develop Russian and has passionate about understanding Russian culture.
Cons
The culture is detailed, the management guys mostly being the boss without appearance of the Leader. The value of contributions is not appreciated in a worthly way. The way of the boss treat you on Last day is very very disrespected / different from First day. Works does not allow OT and company does not have OT definition, however being on call to work in weekend and out of business time is daily occurrence. OT is very unclear or has a right policy, it's very very blind. It means this company does not have any officially OT for you.
