      The adrenaline of the daily tasks/projects, the challenge of transparency of different Departments & Levels, the customization complexity of each individual service & each client.

      Cons

      Challenge could be the fact, that an Operations Manager maybe get the blame for any problem in Delivery of service, wrong support and/or wrong design parameters.
