No Staff welfare, Safety and security of the team not given optimal attention as team works 247 and at odd hours t achieve 99.99% telecom equipment availability
Cons
No review of salary at all. Field service Engineers treated as slaves and the O & M department has created a system automatically compelling the field team to use their meager salary paid to me to work for the system.
