Pros
It's a job. You might get to WFH. you get a paycheck sometimes.
Cons
This company's culture is built on exploiting salaried employees. They lure you in with a standard job description, but once you're in, you are expected to be available at all hours. Any attempt to set boundaries is met with pressure. Management will remind you that you are "salaried" as if it means you've given up your right to a personal life. It feels like wage theft. You are effectively working 60-70 hours a week for a 40-hour salary. Do not fall for it.
