Pros
Benefits are industry standard. Pay structure is above industry standard. President is hand's on and very communicative and provides full support to Project Managers. The people are great to work with and very hard working. As a whole , company is above average,but President makes it worth coming to work each day.
Cons
Executive Management doesn't provide much for advancement to keep everyone on level pay structure
