The people you work with, at least in my case, around Canary Islands were very nice and helpful.

Start on a low salary and you always have to ask how it is calculated, if not payed per worked hour. Most of the times you'll have to work more than 10 hours a day and you get payed per month. You can run in a bit of a problem with the logistics department when it comes asking for your rights.
