      None really, highly not recommended unless you have no other options...

      Cons

      Handling the whole business process is terrible starting from hiring and ending with leaving the company including and not limited to: 1- Giving tasks. 2- Marketing products. 3- Solving Technical or personal problems. 4-Settlement of disputes between employees. 5- holding meetings. 6- determining kpis. 7- even giving credits to employees is not based on performance, it's based on personal preference !!

      1. Poor leadership or oversight 2. You may be assigned tasks outside your area of expertise, with unrealistic expectations to perform well 3. Interactions with management often lack professionalism 4. Salary payments are often delayed, and you might go without pay for up to two months

      Office location in downtown in Cairo.

      Cons

      They have a good potential but bad management don't know what to do. They don't want to grow and expand. they don't pay realistic salaries.
