Great promises of financial security, and mostly nice people. New management team and ownership with fresh perspective will hopefully revitalize the company.

Extremely disorganized. I'm not sure how they made it as long as they did. No accountability for sales reps, completely lacking "sales process" and not a bit of training. Not to mention dismal pay. People, although were "nice" enough were great at deflecting responsibility.

Great people to work with, everyone's very friendly. There's a good amount of room for career advancement, and they appreciate anyone who has good ideas/knows what they're doing.

Couldn't think of any serious cons.
