Pros

The office is remote-based with most attorneys and staff working from home full time. Self-starters would do well in this type of environment.

Cons

There is little interaction with others, and the firm handles various personal matters for the attorneys in addition to IP client work.

Pros

Option to work remote (after 1 year)

Cons

They will tell you that you can work remote after 90 days, but then change it up on you and change it to 1 year. They used to have weekly lunches which I heard they no longer do. They cram so many people into a small office with no windows and pay you as if you didn't go to undergrad or that extra graduate level program to become a paralegal. They do not encourage any type of growth. Myself and others went on to law school, and they did not support us in any way. They wanted to keep us at the bottom and not even give us motivation to do something great for myself.
