New manager is extremely inhumane and treats staff like they are always the problem. Staff is never praised for a job well done and rather are belittled constantly. For example recently a bartender was told not to leave the bar area even though he had to gather everything he needed to prep all of the syrups and cocktails needed for prime later on. (He walked off after being spoken down to)
