      Some nice colleagues. Work is not difficult. Lot of networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Management is bias to a group of people. Is your luck on which camp you ended with do what they want. Your capabilities don't count. Beware of the politics game.

      The organization has a noble mission to support Singapore's SMEs. There are many dedicated, hardworking, and talented colleagues.

      Cons

      The single biggest challenge is the senior leadership style, which is excessively risk-averse and top-down. There is a culture of caution that stifles innovation and prevents the organization from adapting quickly to the needs of the SME ecosystem.
