Horrible company and nightmare management - Test Engineer IPETRONIK Employee Review

I joined the organization as a Test Engineer with the expectation of a professional, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment. Unfortunately, my experience during the initial weeks led me to reassess that decision. Basic workplace infrastructure needs significant improvement. There are no dedicated washroom facilities for employees, and the shared washrooms are poorly maintained, inadequately lit, and unhygienic. As a woman employee, this raised serious concerns around comfort, hygiene, and safety. The Offshore Development Center setup is below standard, and even basic amenities such as a coffee or beverage machine are not available, which reflects limited focus on employee well-being. Work-from-home policies are applied inconsistently. New joiners and employees in their notice period are denied WFH, while management roles are granted this flexibility. This disparity creates an impression of unequal treatment and lack of transparency in policy enforcement. The work culture involves excessive micromanagement. Policies appear to be frequently adjusted to accommodate long-tenured employees, with minimal emphasis on skill development, modern testing practices, or career progression. Given the absence of meaningful growth opportunities and the overall work environment, I chose to exit the organization within two months of joining. I would strongly advise prospective candidates to carefully evaluate these aspects before making a decision.
