Great fast moving business that's quick to react to the market with a great IT roadmap in place. The main thing which drew me to working at IPD was the diverse technologies they used
Cons
Application support roll dosent really suit me and I want to go back to the more development centred side of things. Great team leader with great management, but the work life balance dosent really do it for me
