Leadership is a joke and have no idea what they’re doing. Numbers are struggling and they don’t realize it’s because they aren’t competent enough to put together a strategy strong enough for an entire team to use. Let alone put together a program that consistently works. Leadership constantly lied to us about their close and re-up rates and this was obvious to see. You will get hired just so you can get fired and all the business you closed for back to the house.
