Pros
The company does a great job of luring you in with compensation and benefits, which are great. But that is all I can say is good about this company.
Cons
The company has people in C-Suite management roles who do not deserve to be in those roles. A good manager of a team is supposed to inspire and encourage their employee's. They should be a coach and not a boss. They should utilize a "shield and spotlight" mentality, which means you always back your team, even if it makes you look bad, you fix the breakdown, and not the blame for the breakdown. They should spotlight members of their team when pertinent and not be intimidated by others' success. A true leader understands that if a team member succeeds, then the entire team/company does. They also do not pass ideas off as their own! A good manager ensures psychological safety for their team. They do not micromanage and make team members question their own ability, which ultimately breaks them down. This company has a huge issue with how they manage their employees. They use fear as a motivation instead of inspiration and encouragement. They spend no time helping their employees grow. Instead, if you aren't achieving, they punish you and break you down, and then ultimately get rid of you directly or push you out. This company has a high turnover, and having once been employed there, it does not take you long to figure out why. Many employees feel this way but are too afraid to admit it. This company had completely shattered my confidence, and I will never work for a company or manager as I did here ever again! It's taken over a year of being managed at a proper establishment to get back to a good mental place and undo all the damage that was done.
