Alot of flexibility in managing your work time and assignments. As long as you produce results you can do it however you want to. The CEO gladly listens to ideas on how the company can move forward and if you have the initiative and plan for it you will recieve additional income and authority for the project.
Cons
If you dont take own initiative, the work assignments can become unvaried
