Pros
None. Anything that looks like a pro at this place will quickly prove to be smoke and mirrors.
Cons
Tons of cons - too many to list. The biggest problem is that the company is run by senior leaders in their 70s and 80s. They don't know how to use computers or even know how modern business operate these days. Everything is done via hand written notes on printed copies. You can't really call these people leaders - they are just ultra wealthy liars who will say and do whatever they need to avoid accountability, and no matter how many people leave the org, they do nothing to correct the problems at the top.
