Pros

There are some brilliant developers and people who work there. The technology is unique and offers a lot of value to customers.

Cons

SLT is clueless and demeaning, especially towards women. They do not value their employees properly and given the chance, many of them will throw each other and other employees under a bus to save themselves. There is zero loyalty within department structures. Leadership creates a constant state of anxiety amongst the staff, offer no real guidance, lack any type of decent communication skills, and there is a constant on-going problem of departments not getting along or working together to solve problems (they point the finger a lot and complain about other people in other departments). The company isnt profitable and has almost never been able to meet sales goals, which means there is no bonus or annual pay increases but work loads increase with more responsibilities. The chauvinistic executive board treats things as if they are still working on Wall Street in the 1980s and have no vision for modern strategies. Trying to get them to agree or approve of things is very very difficult. If you decide to work here, use it as a temporary position as so many others have done who decided to leave/move on after about a year. You will learn and see very quickly that this company lacks proper leadership, direction, communication, culture, growth and attitudes towards employees which may harm your mental and physical health due to stress.

Pros

-Engaged leadership: they listen, act, and encourage. -Flexible work schedule: if you have an appointment or something unexpected comes up, the entire organization is very understanding.

Cons

-Small company: this can be a pro, but also a con, in that there is no bonus or profit sharing options.

Pros

None. Anything that looks like a pro at this place will quickly prove to be smoke and mirrors.

Cons

Tons of cons - too many to list. The biggest problem is that the company is run by senior leaders in their 70s and 80s. They don't know how to use computers or even know how modern business operate these days. Everything is done via hand written notes on printed copies. You can't really call these people leaders - they are just ultra wealthy liars who will say and do whatever they need to avoid accountability, and no matter how many people leave the org, they do nothing to correct the problems at the top.
