      The company has managed to stay afloat, even with multi year losses.

      Cons

      Legacy ideas. No forward thinking. Short sighted. Rivalries and animosity between managers often result in shouting matches. Managers that still try to develop. Managers don't trust developers and never address developer concerns. Poorly written or non-existent design documents. Friction between diminishing US team and increasing India team. Daily change in direction. Movius Sells things that don't exist.

      Some decent hard working people; paycheck clears

      Cons

      Where to start? Management is horrible - no integrity, unprofessional, if they aren't lying they are cryptic. The only thing they are good at is hiring and firing employees. New products are vaporware. No graphics, no documentation, no clear process. Amazing anybody buys anything new from them. They limp along on a legacy installed base.
