Pros

IP Fabric presents itself as a company with strong backing, a solid reputation, and product to change the way you manage your network.

Cons

The reality is IP Fabric is struggling to secure backing because their platform is nice to have, but is not necessary for a network manager to do their job. Onboarding was very weak and lacked substance related to my position and job requirements. Benefits were promised, but never delivered. The comp plan is setup in a way the inhibited my ever earning any variable pay. Leadership demonstrated no faith or trust in the team both in words and actions - I was verbally humiliated in front of the whole team for asking a questions on benefits. I felt intimidated to a point that I never engaged with leadership again because others who did were terminated. The last time IP Fabric received a negative review, senior leadership conducted a witch hunt to find the person who wrote it - at this point in time, I could care less what they do to me.

Thanks for submitting this feedback. It’s something we truly take seriously and see as very valuable for improving the company and the experience employees have with us. We will be working on improving the issues raised in your review, and sincerely apologize if promises regarding benefits were not fulfilled. We're reviewing our benefits program to ensure that our commitments are clear, manageable, and most importantly, delivered. Since the recent string of reviews are related to the same event/issues, we more fully addressed this in the May 26, 2023 review because we didn’t want to copy-paste it. And again, if you’d like to discuss this more, feel free to write to matt.slavik@ipfabric.io.

Pros

Honestly, IP Fabric is one of those places where you’ll grow a lot — sometimes because of the opportunities, and sometimes because of the challenges. Things move quickly, priorities can shift, and you definitely have to be okay with change. But you also get to work with genuinely kind, smart people who care about what they’re building and how they treat each other. What I really like is that the company doesn’t pretend to have everything figured out. There’s room to speak up, try things, and learn (even when they don’t go as planned). Leadership actually listens, which makes a big difference. It’s not a fit for everyone — if you prefer a super-structured, steady environment, you might find it a bit chaotic. But if you like autonomy, collaboration, and a culture that’s human and down-to-earth, you’ll probably love it here. Pros: • People who genuinely care • Leadership that listens and adapts • Real opportunities to shape things and learn • Culture that values authenticity over perfection

Cons

• Fast pace and changing priorities • Still finding the right balance between structure and flexibility

Pros

Nothing. Complete toxic environment. You get fired at a whim.

Cons

Everything. CEO can’t keep a company stable and new CTO thinks he’s amazing and doesn’t work with other teams. So many companies are dropping them and all bonuses are around retention and not what an employee does in there work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We take concerns about culture, leadership, and employee recognition seriously. At the same time, the situation described here doesn’t fully reflect how we see the company evolving today. We’ve been focusing on improving cross-team collaboration, strengthening leadership alignment, and ensuring that employees are recognized for their individual contributions as well as their long-term impact, an approach strongly supported by our leadership team. We understand that periods of growth and change can be experienced differently, and not every perspective will be the same. Like any growing company, we sometimes have to make difficult decisions. Nevertheless, our priority remains building a stable and supportive environment where people can do meaningful work and grow. We appreciate your input and will continue using feedback like this to improve.
